When my hard drive crashed, Stephen was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. He tried to get the manufacturer to replace the drive free but the warranty had expired. He was able to get a new hard drive and transfer most of my files from the old drive to the new one. He was courteous, professional, and did his best to minimize "computer withdrawal."
