Rates
We charge $75 per hour with a 1-hour minimum on house calls billed in 15-minute increments for home users and $100 per hour for small businesses (over 10 computers).
For remote support (internet or phone) we charge $50 per hour after the first 15-minutes, billed in 15-minute increments (no minimums).

Laptop Rental Fee: $20 Per Day
Wipe Hard Drive Using D.O.D. Specs: $15
We carry with us a full variety of software and hardware to handle the most common problems and upgrades needed.
Our software and peripherals are sold at or below retail price. See the sales section of our website for more informaiton on software, hardware and peripherals.
Return Policy:
No returns after ordering for purchases over $300.
Purchases under $300 have a 30-day return policy if unopened.
Opened products have a 15% restocking fee.
Software cannot be returned once installed or opened.
